Food Production Workers

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Production Worker for immediate start with a well-established confectionery company based in Ballarat, VIC. These roles offer casual opportunities across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Key Duties Include:

• Working on fast-paced production lines
• Hand packing confectionery products
• Labelling and quality checking finished goods
• Assisting in general food production processes
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards

About You:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work across day, afternoon shifts with optional night shift
